How long are the delivery times?
Depending on where a product is manufactured, different products may have different delivery times.
Thanks to our cooperation with major international carriers such as SF Express, DHL, FedEx, and TNT, Casa Erolux can deliver directly to you and is proud to offer fixed shipping rates for destinations worldwide.
Your order and all payments must be reviewed and approved before shipment, which may take a few days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders that require additional verification or contain incorrect payment details may be delayed or declined. Once payment has been received and approved, you can expect your item to be shipped within 1 to 3 days.
After the order has been shipped, delivery may take 5 to 8 business days, depending on the origin of the shipment. Once your purchase has been dispatched, you will receive further information by email.
The above timeframes are estimates only. Casa Erolux makes every effort to deliver your order on time but cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, such as postal or customs procedures, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, labor disputes, protests, etc. Due to such disruptions, delivery times may be longer than expected.
How much does delivery cost?
To keep costs as low as possible for customers, we always offer free shipping. To ensure customers are informed about the expected delivery date, all shipments include a Track & Trace function.
Did you enter the wrong address?
It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct. As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, the chances of changing an incorrect address are small. If you believe you have entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately.
Has your shipment been lost or stolen?
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. The shipping carrier is responsible for the shipment once it leaves the warehouse. Please notify us 14 days after the expected delivery date if your Track & Trace shows that the package was delivered to your address but you have not received your order.

Delivery if you are not at home or do not collect from the post office
If a package is delivered to your doorstep or dropped off at a post office, the costs are borne by SHEEK. AMSTERDAM. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the amount refunded to you.
