Return Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your most recent purchase within 15 minutes after placing the order by sending us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once these 15 minutes have passed. At that point, your order is securely stored in our system and prepared for shipment. After this time period has expired, we kindly ask you to follow our return procedure.


Returning Goods

All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which may vary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Once the returned goods have been received, the purchase amount will be refunded.

Received a Defective Item

If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A description of the defect

  • Photo evidence

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims regarding damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage provided to a member of our support team, we cannot issue a refund, credit, or replacement.


Received the Wrong Item

In the rare event that you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you received

  • A photo of the item received


Exchanges

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products with us. If you would like a different product, we recommend first returning the original product and then placing a new order for the desired product.

If an item is delivered to a pickup point and is not collected within the agreed timeframe, this will be considered a refusal of the order.


Costs for Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of a package, you are responsible for the return shipping and handling costs of the items in your order. The return cost is €12.95 per order, plus additional return shipping costs of €7.95.


Defective Products

For defective products, transport damage, or other faults, no return shipping costs will be charged.


Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns

If a customer purchased a product that does not fit, is no longer wanted, or otherwise does not meet expectations, the actual return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
